Procuring the right utility solution requires a clear strategy to ensure all ICP quotes are like-for-like. At Simple Utilities, we provide a full tender pack to ensure ICP quotations are comparable and meet the development requirements.

We coordinate tender activity across network operators, ICPs, IDNOs, NAVs, and utility contractors to secure practical and deliverable options for your scheme.

After quotations have been received, we will review the commercial and technical aspects of each proposal to ensure that no items are excluded that might cause variations in the future.

To enable a clear comparison between proposals and the overall cost to the client, we produce a Tender Normalisation report that identifies all inclusions and omissions and provides an unbiased comparison of all quotations.

Where non-contestable works have been omitted from proposals, we will include budget estimates in the Tender Normalisation report to ensure the client has a clear picture of the total cost of each option.
